Account Verification (KYC)

Account Management

Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vb77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and retain any balance as compensation for administrative costs and breach of these Terms.

Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. vb77 will never ask you to reveal your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. Account Closure. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the vb77 support team. If your account closure is motivated by concerns about your gambling habits, we strongly encourage you to consider our self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools — please see Section 9 for further details. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements and the absence of pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vb77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. vb77 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before any dormancy charges are imposed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your vb77 account balance within a few minutes of confirmation. vb77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in the cashier. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank. vb77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met

• The withdrawal amount would result in a negative balance after accounting for pending bets
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against your account

Currency. The vb77 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed odds, balances, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is offered within the Platform.

Prohibited Transactions. It is strictly prohibited to use the vb77 Platform as a mechanism for transferring, laundering, or processing funds outside of genuine betting activity. Any account found to be used solely for deposit and withdrawal cycling without meaningful wagering activity will be investigated and may be terminated. vb77 cooperates fully with any relevant financial authorities in connection with suspected financial crime.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Principles

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer-specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Odds Changes. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time until the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that bet. • Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical error, incomplete events, or where vb77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• Results. The result of a betting market is determined by the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). • Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a pricing error (sometimes referred to as a "palpable error"), vb77 reserves the right to void that bet regardless of whether it has been settled. vb77 will notify the Player of any such void and return the stake to the account balance.

Casino & Game Rules

Amendments to These Terms
